Initial Response — Charles reads every message personally. Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive a thoughtful reply — either with questions to understand your context better, or to schedule a call.
Step 2
Initial Conversation — A 30-60 minute call to understand your challenges, goals, and constraints. No sales pitch — just a genuine conversation about whether we can help.
Step 3
Scope Definition — If there's a fit, we define the engagement together: objectives, timeline, structure, and investment. You'll know exactly what you're getting.
Step 4
Engagement — We begin work. We stay through implementation. We measure outcomes, not activities.
